Information you submit
When you complete a 9thQ Systems growth inquiry or client-discovery form, we collect the contact information and project answers you choose to provide. We use that information to evaluate, plan, communicate about and deliver the requested business, brand, website or growth services.
Growth-inquiry forms and meeting scheduling are provided through HubSpot. HubSpot may process the information you submit, along with technical information necessary to deliver and secure those services, under its own privacy terms and as a service provider to 9thQ Systems.
Unsubmitted client-discovery drafts may be saved locally in your browser so you can continue on the same device. Completed responses are transmitted to and stored by 9thQ Systems and its essential hosting infrastructure. Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records or other regulated information.
The hosting platform and essential infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the site, such as IP address, device or browser information, request logs and security signals.
Retention and access
Client-discovery responses are accessible only to authorized 9thQ Systems personnel and are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the project, deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by contacting 9thQ Systems through the contact method provided during your project.
Interactive tools
The 9thQ Score, AI Investment Audit, ROI calculator and constraint finder are educational decision aids. Assessment responses and results are calculated only in the active browser session. They are not automatically submitted to 9thQ Systems, stored in a benchmark database or saved to the visitor’s device. Refreshing or closing the page resets the assessment.
PDF reports, scorecard images, copied summaries and native share actions from the 9thQ Score are generated or initiated in the visitor’s browser. 9thQ Systems does not receive the underlying answers when those controls are used.
If a visitor deliberately selects “Continue with my score,” a limited summary—score band, business stage, maturity score, coordination score, evidence confidence and named constraints—is placed in the inquiry-page URL so it can accompany the next step. Individual answers are not included. As with other URLs, the summary may appear in browser history and essential request logs. The embedded HubSpot form may process those values to prefill configured inquiry fields; they become part of the inquiry record if the visitor submits the form.
Do not enter confidential, personal, financial-account or regulated information into these tools.

The site may link to third-party websites, documentation, products or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not transfer control over their collection or use of information to 9thQ Intelligence.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the site adds analytics, advertising, newsletter, contact, account, commerce or other data-processing features. The updated date will be revised when a material change is published.
